The Kinky Fingers
The Kinky Fingers
"The Kinky Fingers might not reside anywhere near the coast, but their beachy album, Worst Of, leads us to believe otherwise. The Denver locals infuse numerous genres into their Tarantino inspired sound. Tayler Doyle, The Kinky Finger’s frontman, has a unique voice that lends to the group’s authenticity. The band’s ability to draw from multiple musical influences, including Cumbia and outlaw Country, while staying true to their roots keeps 'Worst Of' inspiringly raw."

-Alexandra Graber (Space + Echo)

"The Kinky Fingers have all the grit of Santah and all the smoothness of Vacationer. The Denver three piece layers falsetto harmonies over reverb kissed guitar lines and punchy drums to create a sound that takes equally from heavy psych and saccharine pop. The Kinky Fingers straddle the line between aesthetics as well as any band might–skating down a meandering jam while crafting hook after hook. If you’re looking for a band that will give you the same feeling The Beatles gave the straight world when they returned from India, look no further than The Kinky Fingers."

Colfax Speed Queen
Colfax Speed Queen
Once born out of the crystal clear Rocky Mountain water, Colfax Speed Queen quickly dirtied their bones with distortion, tremolo, and plenty of slap back reverb just like their heroes from the 60's and 70's. CSQ is far from a revival band though. They're an original breed of garage, punk, rock, and surf. CSQ is not about going fast. They're about being hopped up and strung out on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Vic N' the Narwhals
Vic N' the Narwhals
Los Narwhals, as the streets of Denver refer to them are a Latin Psych/Surf band whose influences range from The Growlers, The Doors, Cumbia, and all around garage, surf, and punk rock. The feeling of being in a "Narwhal" show is a trip back in time with Latin rhythmic sounds of the drums and bass, with a groovy pinch of keys and organs, topped off with the nostalgic but familiar sounds of the vintage guitars. Once you start dancing, this delicious concoction of sounds will make sure you don't stop until the end.

The band has opened up for The Mystic Braves, Guantanamo Baywatch Latin Grammy Nominated The Chamanas, Jessica Hernandez and the Deltas, Thee Commons, Santoros, and many more. They have also done live in studio sessions at Colorado Public Radio, been featured in the Metropolitan Magazine, and Barf Magazine. They have played in festivals like UMS (CO) along side Alvvas, Holy Wave, Deer Hunter, among others and have played in ICT Fest (KS).

"Vic N’ The Narwhals released their debut EP, “Los Narwhals,” earlier this year. The Denver surf-rock quartet writes songs about heartache in both English and Spanish. The band, which resides in and helps manage the Denver-area D.I.Y. venue Ursa Minor, received a nomination for Best Rock Band in Westword’s 2018 music awards." -Colorado Public Radio

"Its like The Doors but with the keyboard style of Smash Mouth" - Tim
