DON'T PANIC is a two day celebration of Colorado's best punk rock.
Our mission is to showcase the best and the brightest punk, garage and hardcore that Colorado have to offer, while inviting some of our favorite bands from all over the country! This isn't a "for profit" festival, we're throwing a party with some of our favorite bands and people. It was inspired by small community driven festivals such as THE FEST, Awesome Fest, Death To False Hope, The UMS & What's Left Fest.

Don't Panic is a collaboration between "Dammit" Damian Burford of Mostly Harmless Podcast and Airwolf PR, Vinnie Cheap from 3 Kings Tavern, Jim Norris from Mutiny Information Cafe & Curtis Wallach of Hi-Dive.

Don't Panic was taken from Damian's favorite book, The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy. We are living in what feels like turbulent times, this is a festival about inclusion and bringing people together. The world might be a scary place, but DON'T PANIC. We can come together and together we can conquer the world.

From Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy:
"In many of the more relaxed civilizations on the Outer Eastern Rim of the Galaxy, the Hitchhiker's Guide has already supplanted the great Encyclopaedia Galactica as the standard repository of all knowledge and wisdom, for though it has many omissions and contains much that is apocryphal, or at least wildly inaccurate, it scores over the older, more pedestrian work in two important respects.
First, it is slightly cheaper; and secondly it has the words DON'T PANIC inscribed in large friendly letters on its cover."

Can my band play?
Our line up filled up QUICK. There are sooooo many great bands we unable to ask to play this little festival. Unfortunately, our line up is just about complete! We may have more bands to announce, but right now our line up is complete!

Who did the poster art?
Comic book artist and one of Denver's most recognized poster artists, Zak Kinsella provided the most excellent poster art! Zak's work has been seen all over Denver. He was responsible official artwork for the inaugural Dink Comic & Art Expo and has done a number of comedy posters for Denver shows. His work has also been seen in New York Times, Wired and Westword. Find more information on Zak at:

Dirty Few
Dirty Few
Warm beers. Out-of-tune guitars. Cancelled shows. Broken mopeds. While lesser bands may have crumbled under the weight of such colossal rock & roll bummers, Dirty Few has not only weathered the storm, but emerged victorious, leading an entire army of Denver dive-bar diehards into a rad utopia where the babes are hot, the PBR flows like wine and a little barf is nothing more than a sure sign you’re having a good night.

Born in Nashville and raised in the same Louisiana swamp-country that brought us Red Lobster Cajun-fried shrimp, Bobby Boucher and 8-time National Monster Truck Meltdown champion Bone Crenshaw, twin brothers Seth and Spencer Stone moved to Denver in early 2010, bringing with them only the mopeds they rode in on and the few Twisted Teas they could carry. The boys soon hooked up with veteran bassist Justin Forrest and tambourine-slinging Cambodian sexpot Kim Phat, and in a torrential thunderstorm of exploding PBRs and RealTree-clad eagles, Dirty Few was born.

Since their 2012 debut release “Get Loose, Have Fun”, the garage-rock-&-roll juggernaut has played with pretty much every awesome band in the world, from Andrew W.K., Ty Segall, FIDLAR and Natural Child to Wavves, The Men, Broncho and blah, blah, blah. But in no way has the band had their fill of party. With their upcoming “Party or Don’t” LP to be released in February 2015 on Black in Bluhm Music, Dirty Few is more ready than ever to show up at your house party, beer-bong your mom, puke on your floor, and somehow leave you singing one of their ultra-catchy party anthems as you happily clean up the mess. - Brian Beer
Poison Rites
Poison Rites
New band playing Punk/RnR featuring ex-members of Speedwolf, Scott Baio Army, Hot White, and Nicotine Fits.
The Ghoulies
The Ghoulies
The Ghoulies are a punk rock and roll band out of Denver, Colorado inspired in equal parts by the swing of 1960s garage rock and the pound of 1980s punk.

"They rip like there's an alien invasion happening down the street."
~ BolderBeat

Our new album, "Midnight in America," is a record about our love of obscure Americana, late-night AM radio shows, the weird moments you encounter on tour, and our continuing love for the savior of our souls, Elvis Christ.

"Midnight in America" follows 2015's "Roswell-A-Go-Go" recorded at Black and Bluhm Studios in Denver and 2013's "The Ghoulies" recorded at Regis University.
