Denver’s electro-pop darlings Flashlights have been turning heads ever since their Binary Records debut “Hidden Behind Trees EP”, earned them a mention in NME’s Buzzworthy Artists, and was named one of Westword Magazine’s best releases of 2011. Known for their intoxicating light & fog show, Flashlights have shared the stage with the likes of New Order, Tycho, Toro Y Moi, Miami Horror, Cherub, Youth Lagoon, and Gardens & Villa, and have been cutting their teeth on the festival circuit with performances at SXSW, CMJ, UMS, SnowBall, Treefort, and Westword Music Showcase.
2012 marks the release of their sophomore EP “So Close To Midnight“ through Holy Underground (HUG Records) to rave reviews. SCTM is a brighter, more dance-oriented collection of songs, and boasts remixes by the likes of Brothertiger, Slow Magic, and Fabian. Download the EP for free via Bandcamp, and keep an eye out for a new single to be released late this October.

South of France

South Of France is an indie-pop band that was initially started by Jeff Cormack over 2 years ago. Inspired by his love for retro guitar pop, It started as a small collection of songs that Jeff was writing and recording about the experiences he had as he was traveling around the world. As the songs developed, Jeff realized that the addition of a female vocalist would bring a great new element to the sound. So… Jeff was lucky enough to meet singer and songwriter Kelly Lueke in Los Angeles. They quickly realized they had astonishingly similar taste in music and decided to join forces. To help fill out live shows, they’ve invited Jeff’s long-time friend and collaborator David Bennett, who also co-wrote a few of the songs on their upcoming album.
South of France’s first release “Kings”, a 3 song EP was released in November of 2011and landed them features in Filter Magazine, Under The Radar Magazine, and earned great reviews from several influential music blogs around the world.
Jeff has spent the past 4 months writing, producing and recording their debut full-length album “Another Boring Sunrise” which will be released on June 26th 2012. Jeff and Dave have been co-mixing the album with Raymond Richards (Local Natives, Warships, etc.) and are excited to release the finished product.

Shady Elders

Shady Elders is made up of a dark and mesmerizing conglomeration of musical forces. Combining elements of dark-wave, dream pop, doo-wop and shoegaze, on top of Britt Rodemich's inimitable, singular voice, the group has quickly established a unique identity.
Band members Casey Banker, Miles Eichner, and Marlon Chance all come from a line of excellent local acts (The Don'ts and Be Carefuls, Tulip Wars, and Spires, respectively) and contribute to shaping and designing Shady Elders' powerful sound.
Shady Elders plans on releasing their debut EP in the spring of 2013 followed by a tour
