Dead Rollers are a psychedelic rock band with a bit of raunchy blues based in Denver, Colorado. They are influenced by bands The Black Angels, Queens of the Stone Age, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Black Mountain, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Overcasters, Dead Meadow, Velvet Underground, The Doors, and The Black Keys.
Although members Shawn Butzin (Detroit), Ray Koren (Cleveland), Bryan Jenkins (New York City), Scott Lasater (Texas) and Sean Slattery (Philadelphia) have been in previous bands, Dead Rollers formed only 8 months ago by living in the same neighborhood. Sharing similarities in music tastes, they decided to form a band and are in the midst of writing an album.
