Trailer 77 was formed spring 2000 in a small farm town Las Animas, Colorado, by Nate Valdez (lead guitar and vocals). In 2002, Sean McGrath (bass guitar), and 2004 Kale Flory (drums and vocals) joined Valdez. The trio performed its first gig at a local talent show on May 1, 2004 during their junior year of high school.

They continue to play around the Denver and Fort Collins area. They have opened up for acts that include: Fray, Set Forth, Single File, Augustana, Silver Cities, Tickle Me Pink, and Catfish Whiskey.

Trailer 77 is an alternative rock band with sounds varying from soft melodic acoustic to hard driving electric. Trailer 77s popularity among all ages continues to grow.
