from a young age i’ve been excited, but only recently been exciting. totally not true, that, but it’s catchy and self-deprecating. also more catchy self-deprecation i am not much to look at, but if you close your eyes and eat a meal i’ve made or listen to me sing to you on a record, you might like me a lot. that’s just how i like it though…. i won’t ever stop, not even after the stop is stopping. the beat continues, even if it slows down to one hihat per decade and a foot stomp every 20 or 40 years… boom boom boom! i am mega in love with the universe and its complete and ultra-constant radness, and so flip’n excited about keeping my finger, lips, hips on that pulse as often as possible.. its all there, all the time. just let your little body get electrified with it! you’re so little and so big! musically, i have a productivity problem, and stuff just pours and plops out of my finger, lips, hips too fast sometimes, but other sad and dreary times it doesn’t pour at all – that’s what it’s about now. flowing energy. momentum. beautiful ugly snakes eating tails and shooting off sparks. beautiful ugly snakes eating tails and shooting off sparks.
