pee-pee began playing together at doo and robin’s house (denver, co) in 2004. before that doo and shana played together. then it was doo, shana, pete, esther, brigid, salas, and whoever came over that night. we played traditional songs, doo’s songs, or improvised songs. the songs pee-pee plays have no unifying theme but what’s a good way to describe pee-pee’s music? pee-pee music-ly illustrates the soul(s) of its members (1) as people, (2 or never)as virtuoso musicians.
