I am a boutique located at 1 South Broadway at the SW corner of Ellsworth and Broadway in lovely Denver CO. As a revolutionary boutique, Fancy Tiger is an expression of the creative interests of partners Matthew Brown and Jaime Jennings. Fancy Tiger offers men and women’s apparel, hand-made accessories, craft supplies, local art, and local music with an emphasis on independent and/or locally made designs and products. As a community space, Fancy Tiger encourages people to come together and network by hosting fashion, art, craft, and music-oriented events. Fancy Tiger will promote and support a craft/DIY culture, provide an arena for dj’s to explore and showcase new music, exhibit local artists, and endorse and sell cutting edge and/or locally designed fashion. Fancy Tiger will also fill the needs of Denver’s emerging and somewhat already established alternative craft culture with unique and previously unavailable products, as well as host workshops which teach practical craft and design skills. Fancy Tiger is a reflection of the needs and desires of the Denver community. This means that you should expect Fancy Tiger to respond to the changes and transitions that music, fashion, and craft go through and work to direct these worthwhile pursuits in the most positive directions.
